Monster Goose is a anthology of poems by Judy Sierra and illustrated by Jack E. Davis. This book of poems is Halloween themed version of famous nursery rhymes that is intended for ages 5-8. For example, one poem is "Little Miss Mummy" (Little Miss Moffet). This poem is the little mummy with a spider that resides in her as her guts are in a jar beside her. Another poem, "Hush,Little Monster" (Hush, little baby) is about a baby monster given toys of other monsters such as Frankenstein, Godzilla, and a grizzly bear to calm down. "Werewolf Bo-Creep" (Little Bo-Peep), is a poem about werewolf po-creep losing his vampire sheep. As he sleeps, the sheep sneak up on him.
