The Magic School Bus Gets Eaten is a book written by Joanna Cole and illustrated by Bruce Degen. This Science Fiction book is for the ages 4-8. This story is about Mrs.Frizzle and her class go on an adventure to the beach. Keesha and Arnold were without their beach report and needed to find the correlation of scum from Arnold's shoes and Keesha's tuna sandwich. As they shrink to the size of phytoplankton and to the size of anchovies they learn that those ideas are apart of a food chain. They go back to school and report their discoveries and then they go home after a long day of discovering.
