The Magic School Bus In the Artic

This Science Fiction book is written by Joanna Cole and illustrated by Bruce Degen. The Magic School Bus in the Arctic is for the ages 4-8. This story is about the adventure of Mrs. Frizzle and her science class. Mrs. Frizzle and her students gets stuck in the Arctic. They have to find out ways to warm up the bus because the bus became too frozen to work. They noticed arctic animals that live there and observed what kept them warm. They learned that they could build an igloo and work out to create and trap heat so they can get the bus to work. Once they did, they were able to go back to school and get to enjoy their hot cocoa with their new insulation skills.
