Sibert Honor and targeted for the children the age 6-9. A biography Shane Burcaw, we learn that Shane was born with spinal muscular atrophy (SMA) which means that his muscles are very weak. This then affects the muscles that helps him move. He answers frequent questions about how he lives his life and how does he do things that everyone normally does. At the end of the book, Shane talks about that even though people look different on the outside that does not mean you treat them with disrespect. You always treat everyone with kindness.
